Jackson Holte & The Highway Patrol are a five-piece rock and roll band in Western Montana.

Along with Holte, The Highway Patrol are Adin Kloetzel on keys, Eric Rudnick on guitars, Brody Montgomery on drums, and Marko “The Midnight Shadow” Capoferri on bass. They formed in 2017 over a shared desire to blend the high lonesome sound of Western music with the deep groove of American rhythm and blues.

Their latest record, “Last Rain of the Summer,” was released in March of 2020.

They perform on the last Saturday of every month at the Union Club in Missoula, MT.

Tom Catmull is a word enthusiast. They are the larger part of what makes his world go round. He’s spent the last twenty-five years in his adopted hometown of Missoula, MT presenting words in ways to make them as alluring as possible to people who crave such things. The tricks useful to achieving this feat include infectious melody, thoughtful arrangement, storytelling, some finger picking and a clean shirt.

Olive Klug refuses to be put in a box. Working out who you are in front of an ever-growing audience is no small task, but one that the Portland-born, Nashville-based singer/songwriter is up for and thriving.

Rich Hall is an award winning American comedian, writer, documentary maker, and musician, first coming to prominence as a sketch comedian in the late 1980s. He wrote and performed for a range of networks in series such as Fridays, Not Necessarily the News, Otis Lee Crenshaw and Saturday Night Live. Rich brings the laughs, you bring the lawn chairs..

Montana musician Sean Devine brings together the rugged landscape of the West, nine original songs, and a lifetime of personal experience in his fourth album, Here for It All. Devine first met the album’s producer Josh Thompson (Cody Jinks) at a concert hall in Missoula through a mutual friend, singer-songwriter Ward Davis, who introduced Devine as “the Bob Dylan of Montana.” That off-the-cuff comment compelled Thompson to request some demos and eventually to record Here For It Allwith Jinks’ band at Sonic Ranch Studios in Tornillo, Texas. Based in Paradise Valley, Devine is a fifth-generation Montanan.

Erik Koskinen is an American singer-songwriter,  multi-instrumentalist and producer, whose music is not categorized by sub-genres.  Stylistically he is on his own while heavily influenced by American roots music. The rhythmic integrity and musical tone is as important as the lyrical content and the artistic intent.  Koskinen has reverently entered the anthology of uniquely crafted wry songs with the likes of Woody Guthrie and Ry Cooder while speaking as plainly as your neighbor. Alex Dunn is a modern Americana troubadour, offering his own blend of country-tinged folk music out of the high desert of northern New Mexico.

Kathryn and Margot released their duo album last summer and toured it through Oregon, Washington and all the way out to Montana! In their live shows and on their recent album, Come Close, Come In, these two multi-instrumentalists feature guitar, fiddle, ukulele, bodhran, harmonica and breathtaking vocal harmonies.

At the junction of sparse folk, pop, and cosmic country you’ll find Junior, helmed by three MT-based songwriters.

Listeners might have heard members of Junior play in groups including: Butter, Stellarondo, Burlesco, Broken Valley Roadshow, Shahs, Hermina Jean, The Cigarette Girls, Caroline Keys, Worst Feelings, and The Best Westerns.

Each member of Junior packs a quiver of instrumental skills and is constantly acquiring more to add to the group. Junior has been compared to Sibylle Baier, Karen Dalton, and The Roches.
